We are aware of ongoing issues for players who attempted to participate in the Assembly Shop event. Our team is actively working on a solution to return resources to all affected accounts. Please rest assured—we guarantee that your resources will be restored.

Compensation for all EU Players
To make up for the inconvenience and as a token of our appreciation, we are offering the following to all EU players:
- 3 days of World of Tanks Premium Account
- 15 Missions for ×5 XP per victory
- 5 Universal Booklets (20,000 Crew XP for each crew member)
How to Claim: Simply log in to the game anytime from 2025-02-22 at 09:00:00 (UTC) until 2025-02-28 at 09:00:00 (UTC) to automatically receive your compensation.
This compensation is available to all EU players, regardless of whether they were online during the issue—just log in before the deadline to claim it!
