The use of propaganda throughout the history has left us with some amazing creative art works. Everybody knows about the Soviet propaganda imaginary, or Uncle Sam’s urge to recruit new soldiers... it’s all part of our history. Some has even made a comeback recently – many of you have no doubt seen the ‘Keep Calm And…’ meme that has been circulating over the last year or so – it is directly based on British World War 2 propaganda.
In our ongoing quest for the Golden Joystick Award, Wargaming wants to create its own imagery. This is why we are inviting you to participate in our new contest (part of our Golden Joystick Contest Marathon) by designing a poster encouraging other players to vote for World of Tanks in the best MMO category.
For sure, it’s a battle worth fighting!

Timeframe
- The contest will begin on Thursday 11th October.
- You can upload their posters until 23:59 CEST (10:00 GMT) on Friday October 19th to the dedicated forum section.
- The 5 final winners will be chosen by the Community Team and announced on Thursday 25thOctober.
Rules
- The poster must contain a sentence which advises readers to vote for the Golden Joystick Awards. This sentence must be in English.
- Only one entry per player is allowed.
- The file must not exceed 1280x1280 pixels.
- Poster should be in .jpg format.
- The image must not violate the game or forum rules and the EULA.
- Please respect copyright rules.
- No political-related symbols or messages are allowed.
NOTE: Entries which do not follow these rules will be disqualified.
