Are you counting down the days to your New Year’s Eve party? We have something new to keep you entertained – our big end of the year contest!
As this year’s holiday season coincides with the release of Version 8.10, we have taken the opportunity to focus our big contest on the new vehicles! All you need to do is to take the Japanese tanks out for a spin. Every regular random battle you play with them could be a winner for you!
We have some amazing prizes up for grabs. As well as gold and rare premium vehicles, you can also win World of Tanks branded gear from Razer, and the overall top player will win an X51 Alienware PC!
The contest will run from 23rd December until 24th January.
Here are the rules:
- The Japanese tanks are split into three categories: Tier I-IV, Tier V-VIII and Tier IX-X.
- For each Japanese vehicle, the top 100 players scoring the most experience in a single battle will be rewarded with gold.
- For each of the three categories, the top five players will also receive prizes from Razer.
- The single player with the highest experience score of all (regardless of category) will receive an Alienware PC!
- In order to enter, all you need to do is play one of more of the Japanese tanks. No further action is required as the server will record all the scores.
- Bonuses to experience (such as premium account bonus, first victory bonus, or bonuses from missions and specials) will not be counted. Only the base experience value counts.
- Only results from random battles will be counted. Clan Wars, Company Battles and 7 vs 7 Team Battles are not included.
- The usual rules for fair play and good sportsmanship in battles must be complied with throughout this contest.

The top 100 players for each Japanese vehicles will receive prizes as follows:
