As you are no doubt aware, this year is Wargaming’s 15th anniversary! As part of the celebrations, we are hosting a series of month-long contests, one for each vehicle type in the game! Everyone has the chance to win just by playing World of Tanks. As well as exclusive premium tanks up for grabs, there is also the chance to win a massive grand prize – a fifteen year-long premium account subscription!
For the first month, we are focusing on Heavy Tanks. Between 15th June and 14th July (23:59 CEST/21:59 GMT), every time you join a random battle with a heavy tank, you have the chance to win!
All you need to do is to gain as much experience as you can with your vehicle. For every single heavy tank in the game, regardless of tier and nation (but excluding premium vehicles), a top 50 list of winners will be produced by the database.
What can you win?
If you are in the Top 50 places for a vehicle, you will win 3.000
If you are in the Top 3 for a Tier, you will also win a premium vehicle as follows:

That’s not all! There is also a Grand Prize of a fifteen year-long Premium Account subscription! (Don’t forget that with the new Unified Premium Account, this means you will have premium account status on all Wargaming titles, including both World of Tanks and World of Warplanes).
This prize will be awarded as follows:
- One Grand Prize will be awarded each month to the player who enters the Top 3 for the most tiers during that month.
- The winner must have at least one first place for a tier.
Example: Player Lady_Inquisitor wins 1st place for Tier VII, 2nd place for Tiers VI and X and 3rd place for Tier VIII. As she has Top 3 rankings for four tiers (one of which is a 1st place), more than anyone else, she will win the Grand Prize!
- If two or more players have the same number of Top 3 placings for a month, the winner will be determined with a points system as follows: a 1st place will earn 3 points, a 2nd place will get 2 points and a 3rd place will result in 1 point. The player with the most points will win. If there is still a draw after points have been counted, both players will win.
- If nobody qualifies for the Grand Prize during a month (ie nobody achieves at least two Top 3 scores with at least one first place), then nobody will win for that month.
Some additional rules:
- Bonuses to experience, such as premium account bonus and first victory bonus will NOT be counted. Just the base experience for the battle is what matters.
- Only results from random battles will be counted. Clan Wars and company battles will not be included.
- All heavy tanks in the game, with the exception of premium vehicles, are included in this month’s contest
